Liikuntasalien käyttömaksujen hyväksymisen jälkeen on valmistunut Soinlahden uusi koulu. Liikuntasalien hintoihin ei tehdä muita muutoksia kuin arvonlisäveron korotus 10 %:sta 14 %:iin liikuntakäytön osalta ja uudet hinnat tulevat voimaan 1.2.2025 alkaen. Koulujen liikuntatilojen varaukset tehdään edelleen Timmi-varausjärjestelmässä. Myös laskutusaineiston kokoaminen tapahtuu ko. varausjärjestelmän kautta. Liikuntatilojen käytön ehdot ja toimintaohjeet säilyvät ennallaan.<br /><br />Muiden koulutilojen osalta ulkopuolisesta käytöstä perittävät korvaukset on hyväksytty koulutuslautakunnassa 16.6.2015 § 45. Hinnastoa ei ole muutettu, vaikka sen jälkeen kouluja on peruskorjattu ja rakennettu uusia. Uusien koulujen osalta on haluttu vuokrata aula/ruokalatiloja kokous- ja muuhun käyttöön. Nykyisistä hinnastoista ei löydy kyseisille tiloille tilavuokraa. Muiden koulutilojen osalta on myös hyvä selkeyttää ja yhdenmukaistaa hinnastoa. Muiden koulutilojen osalta varaukset tehdään kyseisen koulun rehtorille ja laskutus tehdään tilaisuuden jälkeen vähintään varauksen mukaisena. Keittiötilojen vuokraamisesta päättää edellen ruokapalvelupäällikkö. <br /><br />Asiakaspalvelun kannalta on myös hyvä yhdistää koulun liikunta- ja muiden tilojen vuokrat yhteen hinnastoon. <br /><br /><strong>Koulutilojen käyttöhinnasto ¬ /h (sis. alv):</strong><br />Hinnat sisältävät kulloinkin voimassa olevan arvonlisäveron.<br /><br /><br /><table style="border-collapse: collapse; Keittiötilojen käytössä noudatetaan kulloinkin voimassa olevia <br />hygienia- ja muita säännöksiä.<br />-Vuokralainen vastaa tilojen siivouksesta. Mikäli siivousta ei ole tehty asianmukaisesti, kaupunki veloittaa siiivoukseen käytetyn ajan <br />teknisen toimialan palveluhinnaston kohdan 1 mukaisesti.<br />-Tiloja käytetään omatoimisesti eli kouluilla ei ole henkilöitä tilojen valmistelua varten.<br />- Koneiden ja laitteiden rikkoutumisesta vastaa vuokraaja.</p><h2>Vaikutusarviointi</h2><p>Päätös toteuttaa strategian tavoitetta Inspiroiva Iisalmi. Käyttömaksujen pysyminen samalla kohtuullisella tasolla tukee järjestöjen toimintaedellytyksiä ja sitä kautta vaikuttaa terveyden ja hyvinvoinnin edistämiseen. Vaikutukset voivat olla pitkäaikaisia. Käyttömaksujen suuruudessa on huomioitu alle 18-vuotiaiden käyttö. Ei yritysvaikutuksia.</p><h2>Muutoksenhaku</h2><p>2.
